Pinspiration – numero veinte
i’ve always loved eating peach cobbler. especially with vanilla ice cream.
so when i saw this recipe on pinterest i just KNEW i had to try it.

it starts out with melting butter. and rather than microwaving it i thought i’d use my giada melting butter pot.
pour it into a mix of self-rising flour.
pour a third into the bottom of the pan then empty the can of peaches…mmmm…..
sprinkle the rest of the flour-melted butter mix atop the peaches.
and here’s the finished product. we were looking forward to eating the cobbler so i didn’t get a picture of it right out the oven.
and of course, a close-up.
this one’s a keeper. yum! and i can make it with canned peaches? even better. =)
