i started by using my newest kitchen tool….the citrus squeezer. ummm..how did i ever used to squeeze my citrus before this? this is THE BEST invention ever!!
i chopped up some lettuce and all the other ingredients the night before. then the next day i soaked my bamboo sticks.
the beginnings of the chicken marinade.
and the sauce ingredients.
chicken skewered and grilling.
just because i like showing you how i grill. lol.
all done and cooked!
dinner is served!
enough for lunch the next day! (with a little side of watermelon)!!!
this was a lot of work. i don’t know if i’d be willing to do that again. haha. just kidding. i would. which means that it was pretty good. but it will be a while before i make it again.
