Paperwhite Zipper Bag
My mom bought herself an Amazon Kindle Paperwhite a while ago but was just carrying it around without a case. When she came out to visit us in February 2016, she asked if I could make her a carrying case to protect it.
Since I have a huge fabric stash, I let her pick out a few prints and this is what she came up with. She enjoys Mary Englebreit designs so when I saw this print at Hobby Lobby I snatched up a few yards.
This red and white polka dot worked well with the ME print.
As you can see, her Kindle fits perfectly.
I used Noodle-Head’s Gathered Clutch tutorial to make this carrying case. I think the only thing I change is to make the front piece about five inches longer so that there is more gathers.
