Blousy Bloomers aka Pinspiration numero – sesenta y siete

In the year 2016 I had a handmade (mostly) gifting year.  I searched high and low for things to make as gifts for the young ones all the way to the not so young ones.

These bloomers were too cute to pass up for the young ones.  My youngest niece-K, turned a year old this past October.  These bloomers were made for her.IMG_8540-1024x688

I had some of this April Rhodes Cotton Lawn in Tomahawk print leftover from my not-yet-made Grainline Studio Lakeside PJ’s.  I thought it would so cute and could go with many colors.  I can see this being paired with a pink shirt, blue shirt, purple shirt, even a green shirt.

My SIL-J loves Stitch so I had to make some out of this print!

She really likes this print too so I made two in this print, size 12 months and size 18 months.

My niece-K is on the smaller side and thought these flannel ones would be good for winter.  These would be so cute with some white tights underneath.

This is also flannel.  I think these would be super cute with pink, purple, white, even black tights.

I packaged them up like this with a tag stating the size.

This pattern was super easy to follow and very fun and easy to make.  I know some babies being born soon so maybe I’ll go make some for them.

What are some other ways you would pair these bloomers?
